We deliver twice a week — Tuesday and Friday — across our British Columbia service area. Pick the day that works for you at checkout. Free pickup is also available at our hubs in Vancouver, Surrey, and Victoria.

Our delivery is contactless and meals are packed in insulated bags with ice packs. They'll stay cold on your doorstep for several hours. Detailed delivery instructions can be added at checkout.

Order by Thursday 11pm to receive your meals the following Tuesday or Friday. After that, your order rolls to the next available delivery window.

All meals are made within 48 hours of delivery and stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days. We recommend eating them within 4 days of delivery for peak flavour.

Yes. Every meal is portioned and weighed by hand. Macros are calculated from the actual ingredients used — protein, carbs, fat, and calories are listed clearly on every meal card and label.

Some meals can be customised — look for the customise option on the product page. For severe allergies, please reach out to support before ordering. Our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility.

We work with BC farms and butchers wherever possible. All proteins are hormone- and antibiotic-free, and produce is sourced fresh weekly.
