Order cutoff is Thursday 11pm PT for the following Tuesday or Friday delivery. Payment is captured at checkout. Subscribe & Save renews weekly until you skip, pause, or cancel from your account.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel or skip up to 24 hours before your delivery cutoff. Anything after that, we've already cooked it. Damaged or missing meals are refunded or replaced — email a photo to support within 48 hours.
Subscription terms
Subscribe & Save is a recurring weekly order with 10% off. No contracts, no minimums. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no retention surveys.
Food safety & allergens
All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We label every container clearly, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. Eat within 5 days of delivery for best quality.
Liability
We do our best to deliver on time and as advertised, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your sole remedy for a problem with an order is a refund or replacement.
